• DOE Fingerprinting     (TWO STEP process)  (renew every 5 years unless a teacher)

   1. Step 1: Create an Account and complete application for Fingerprinting ($15)

   2. Step 2: Register with Fingerprinting Partners for the actually fingerprinting

       - Visit IdentoGO to register and find location/times ($55)

• View these FREE videos

  - when finished, they email a "Certificate of Completion" to you

  - forward "Certificates of Completion" to me

   MS/HS                • Concussion In Sports Video           (once, unless info changes)

   HS only              • Heat Illness Prevention Video        (once, unless info changes)

   HS only              • Sudden CardiacArrest Video         (once, unless info changes)

• High School Only:

If you're in a position to return for a second year (24-25), you'll have one year from the time of hire/approval to complete the following:

            • Fundamentals of Coaching Course           (one time) (or equivalent course, program)

            • First Aid, Health, & Safety Course             (renew every 5 years)

            • Adult CPR/AED Course                             (renew every 2 years)
